Nicoel Elliott-Strobbe

Nicoel is the proprietor of Gulf Coast Cosmetics. She has been practicing in the aesthetic space for the past 20 years. Nicoel started her aesthetic journey in 2005 and began in dermatology as a licensed paramedical esthetician. Years later, she worked as a territory manager for Merz Aesthetics. During her time at Merz, Nicoel developed skills and practice development while training physicians throughout Florida to use injectable fillers. During these many years, Nicoel obtained a trained eye for the best cosmetic solutions for her patients. After this time, she decided to make career changes and start an aesthetic business of her own. Nicoel is certified in CoolSculpting Elite®️, Microneedling skin rejuvenation, IPL, BBL Hero®️, Thermage FLX®️, chemical peels, Moxi, CoolTone, and laser hair removal. Nicoel offers free cosmetic consultations, and is excited to offer you solutions tailored to your specific needs!

Julie Peters PA-C

Julie is a board certified Physician Assistant. Julie was born in Dunedin, Florida and has lived in New Port Richey and Tampa her whole life. She has a background in otolaryngology and dermatology, but her true passion is aesthetic medicine. She provides non-invasive procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF, and laser treatments and has advanced training in these areas. Julie uses these modalities to provide facial balancing, restore volume loss, and rejuvenate the skin to make it look radiant and healthy. Her approach is to work with her clients to come up with a custom plan that delivers beautiful, natural looking results. She spends her free time with her husband, her daughter, and their two dogs. Julie is thrilled to be a part of the Gulf Coast Cosmetics team and it is her priority to make you look and feel your best while educating you every step of the way
