Nicoel Elliott-Strobbe
As Gulf Coast Cosmetics's founder, Nicoel 20 years of experience, artistry, and passion to aesthetic medicine. Her commitment to excellence continues to elevate the standard of care for our patients.
Nicoel began her journey in aesthetics in 2005 by working in dermatology as a licensed paramedical esthetician. Her passion brought her to Merz Aesthetics, where she was a territory manager and trained physicians in Florida in aesthetic practice development and injectable techniques.
Through years of hands-on training and clinical artistry, she developed a keen eye for harmonious, natural-looking results. Nicoel now pours this expertise into her own aesthetic practice.
Nicoel holds certifications for a comprehensive range of treatments, including CoolSculpting Elite®️, Thermage FLX®️, BBL HERO®️, Moxi, IPL, microneedling, chemical peels, CoolTone®, and laser hair removal.
She proudly offers complimentary consultations, helping each client discover personalized treatment plans that highlight their natural beauty and boost their confidence.

Julie Peters PA-C
Born in Dunedin and a lifelong resident of the Tampa and New Port Richey, Julie’s career began in otolaryngology and dermatology before she found her calling in aesthetic medicine. She is highly trained in advanced non-surgical procedures including neuromodulators, Sculptra, dermal fillers, PRF, and laser treatments. With a focus on facial harmony and natural rejuvenation, Julie tailors every treatment to enhance her clients’ unique features and restore youthful balance.
Emily Ferrera, APRN
Emily Ferrera is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and injector with a deep passion for facial balancing and skincare. She was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She has built her career around her love for aesthetics and helping clients look and feel their best. Specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, she has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to natural-looking, personalized results. Emily works closely with each client to enhance their unique features and bring out their inner confidence. Emily is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and transformative treatments that leave every client feeling rejuvenated and empowered, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies in the cosmetic industry. Emily’s compassionate approach ensures a comfortable experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
Katie Patterson, PA-C
Katie Patterson is a board-certified Physician Assistant and injector with four years of medical experience and a passion for aesthetics. She also has experience in vascular medicine. She specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF, and laser treatments, using advanced techniques to enhance natural beauty. Katie believes in subtle, personalized treatments that refresh and rejuvenate while maintaining her clients’ unique features. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and create customized plans for long-term results. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs. She is proud to be part of the Gulf Coast Cosmetics team and is committed to helping clients look and feel their best.

Nicholas Strobbe, D.O., is the Medical Director of Gulf Coast Cosmetics, where he has been a founding member of the team since its inception in 2020. With 15 years of expertise in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Strobbe ensures the highest standards of safety, innovation, and patient satisfaction in all medical operations. He collaborates with his wife, Nicoel Strobbe, blending precision and artistry to deliver transformative cosmetic results.

A Tarpon Springs native with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, Cara merges her advanced dermatology background with an innate eye for beauty. Renowned for her expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and laser technologies, Cara specializes in creating refreshed, radiant results that whisper luxury—not loud overcorrection. Dr. John Roach is the Medical Director for Gulf Coast Cosmetics in Trinity, Florida. He provides patient-focused plastic and reconstructive surgical care with an emphasis on natural results, taking a comprehensive approach that considers overall health, wellness, and long-term outcomes.

Karlee Kirkland is a skilled Medical Aesthetician with advanced training in corrective and results-driven skincare. Egzona specializes in microneedling, chemical peels, laser therapies, and corrective facials, carefully tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of her patients. Nicoel is the proprietor of Gulf Coast Cosmetics. She has been practicing in the aesthetic space for the past 20 years. Nicoel started her aesthetic journey in 2005 and began in dermatology as a licensed paramedical esthetician. Years later, she worked as a territory manager for Merz Aesthetics. During her time at Merz, Nicoel developed skills and practice development while training physicians throughout Florida to use injectable fillers. During these many years, Nicoel obtained a trained eye for the best cosmetic solutions for her patients. After this time, she decided to make career changes and start an aesthetic business of her own. Nicoel is certified in CoolSculpting Elite®️, Microneedling skin rejuvenation, IPL, BBL Hero®️, Thermage FLX®️, chemical peels, Moxi, CoolTone, and laser hair removal. Nicoel offers free cosmetic consultations, and is excited to offer you solutions tailored to your specific needs!

Jadyn Weis
Originally from California, I grew up in a military family, moving six times throughout my childhood. My love for Italian food and tacos is matched only by my affection for my two dogs. I cherish spending time with family and friends, and have a passion for plants and a knack for keeping things clean. As a medical aesthetician, I am dedicated to delivering the perfect facial experience for each of my clients. I am a certified CoolSculpting expert, trained directly by the company, and have performed over 100 treatments. My expertise extends to Clear and Brilliant, Thermage Eye, full-face and body treatments, as well as diamond and Yonka facials. I take pride in being a skincare specialist who practices what I preach, consistently using the best skincare products to protect and care for my own skin.
Stephanie Escobales
Stephanie is a Medical Assistant with a strong clinical background and a passion for patient care. She brings nine years of experience in dermatology, where she developed expertise in both clinical support and patient education. After taking time to be a stay-at-home mom, Stephanie returned to the field she loves and now serves as the Lead Medical Assistant at Gulf Coast Cosmetics. In this role, she combines proven leadership skills with a patient-focused approach, helping ensure each individual feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care. Stephanie specializes in CoolSculpting and enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. Outside of work, she values time with her family, friends, and their beloved family dog.
